Privacy policy

What we collect
Account data: your name, email address, and (for paid tiers) the payment details you enter into Stripe Checkout. Stripe holds your card number; we hold a customer identifier returned by Stripe.
Usage data: we log which dossiers and pages you open while signed in, so we can build a personalised feed and track aggregate engagement. We do not sell or share this data.
Contact form: the message body, sender name, email, and any organisation / role you provide. Used to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record under our standard retention policy.
Who processes it
We use Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare R2 for image storage, and Cloudflare for DNS and edge protection. None of these processors sells your data; each is contracted to process it solely for the agreed service.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted at any time by writing to chris@globalscout.football. Requests are honoured within 30 days.
